I'm soooo hyper!
Well, I dunno why but I'm all hyper since yesterday afternoon...It could be because of the light painkilling pill I took yesterday...I actually don't care that much about the reason - I'm just damn glad that I'm in such a great mood after the crappy time I had this week - I was stung by a mosquito seven times (!) in one night and the bad thing about this is that my body reacts pretty extreme to stuff like that...I have huge red spots on my arms and some of the spots are quite swollen - it really hurts pretty badly. Furthermore iTunes freezes recently when I try syncing my iPod - and to top it all I pulled a muscle in my neck and now it feels really stiff and is all tense (luckily it doesn't really hurt) however I got a prescribtion for very light painkillers so I can move normal and (hopefully) the muscles of my neck will relax...Nonetheless it's quite upsetting!

First of all - I'm incredible happy due to the fact that I get to listen to my fav music nonstop - and found some awesome new music! Furthermore I don't have any problems sticking to my plans concerning losing some water weight and body fat (and become skinny again) - even though I can't wait to reach my goal weight (due to my damn extreme impatience) - I mean, I know that it will take time so...However, I still eat peanut-butter sandwiches and drink my beloved iced coffee, and if I eat more cals than I intended I don't mind, knowing that I would only get depressed if I don't enjoy my life! After all, I'm still sooo young - I should enjoy my life...
Plus I already finished reading two books this week by my fav author duo Douglas Preston/Lincoln Child ("Brimstone" and "The Wheel of Darkness") and now I started reading "Love in the time of Cholera" by Gabriel Garcia Márquez.

First of all - my iPod drives me so goddamn crazy! It just won't install any apps - and I dunno why...Can anyone of you guys give me any advice?
The second thing is - how can I lose water weight and body fat very fast without starving myself or exercising 'til I'm totally exhausted? I mean, I try eating healthy but often enough my friends and also Sara talk me into eating junk food and sweets and such...And I'm really lazy when it comes down to "real" exercising. So what can I do to get into a good physical shape? I don't mind my weight - as long as it's not mainly fat and water...
